Although I'm not a database expert (yet), a large part of my thesis project concenrns developing a very specific kind of database.

I'm currently using PostgreSQL for the development of a database to address synteny between Arabidopsis and the Solanaceae.
I hope to have this updated soon, but I think I'll work on my database first :-P
